Use:

Thanks to its roots, this essence allows a deep grounding sensation, a sensation of security and bonding with the earth. It reduces stress, anxiety and insecurity. It can alleviate episodes of anxiety through its calming and relaxing action.

This oil is also a support to our immune system. It can be a lymphatic and circulatory tonic. It stimulates and rebalances the endocrine glands responsible for the production of hormones.

To administer via the skin take 1 drop of Vetiver essential oil in 4 drops of vegetable oil.  For certain skin problems, it can be diluted 2 drops with 8 drops of vegetable oil and applied to the area to be treated (acne, itching, insect bite – ask for advice).

This oil is not recommended for diffusion or dilute it beforehand between 20 and 30% in other diffusible essential oils.

Precautions:

Vetiver essential oil can only be used by healthy adults and teenagers, and never in its pure form.

Always diluted in other essential oils or vegetable oils.

It is not recommended for pregnant or nursing women or children under 7 years of age.

Wash hands before and after using essential oils.

Never heat the essential oil you use, otherwise its molecular structure can be altered.

Keep out of reach of children, ideally in a dark, cool and dry place.

Additional information:

Pour 2 to 3 drops of the EO in question in the crease of the elbow, wait 10 to 15 minutes to see if an allergic skin reaction, redness, itching comes to indicate that this oil is not to be used for this person
