Directions: To burn the cedar powder, place a pinch in the center of the shell, pressing between your thumb and two fingers to form a small mound. Light with a match, then let the fire go out.

The cedar will continue to burn. To promote peace, offer the smoke to the four directions with a prayer. If used indoors, open a window to ventilate the room.
